The Nutrigenomics Package
Nutrigenomics is the most personalised approach to healthcare that exists today. It is a whole-body approach to health that considers our gene expression in relation to our symptoms.

What’s included:
- 1 x 60-minute Initial Consultation
In-depth analysis of your health history, symptoms and concerns. I will review your food diary, lifestyle, current supplements and medications, and discuss my initial thoughts on why you are experiencing symptoms. Following the initial consultation, I will spend time reviewing your case and creating a detailed and personalised protocol which includes a strategy to address the root causes of your symptoms.
This protocol includes nutritional advice, supplement and lifestyle recommendations, informational handouts, as well as shopping lists, meal plans and recipes when applicable. Your protocol will be delivered within 72 hours.
- 1 x nutrigenomics test
The price of this test is included in the package (worth £250). Based on your initial consultation, you will be recommended the most appropriate test for your individual health concerns and goals, for example:
Methylation Report
Imbalances in methylation – too much or too little – can increase susceptibility to chronic health conditions including heart disease, circulatory problems, chronic fatigue, infertility, immune and autoimmune conditions, food and chemical sensitivities, mood and psychiatric disorders, as well as cancer and premature ageing.
- 3 x 45-minute Follow-Up Consultations
We will check your progress, review your protocol and make any necessary adjustments to achieve optimal and long-lasting results.
Tests results will be interpreted if applicable.
