Hello, my name is Kim
Functional Medicine Practitioner, Registered Nutritional Therapist, Content & Copywriter
After years of dealing with niggling symptoms, my health took a total nosedive. I went from being a professional singer, marathon runner and rocket-yoga addict to barely being able to get out of bed.

I’ve taken the journey to reclaim my health, and now I want to help you do the same.
