Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine

Sick and tired of being sick and tired?

You’re not alone. Chronic disease rates are rising rapidly worldwide, and unfortunately our medical system isn’t equipped to deal with chronic illness, leaving many of us wondering where to turn for help and support.

Luckily, there is a lot you can do to improve your health and change the trajectory you’re on, wherever you are on the spectrum – from niggling symptoms like feeling tired all the time or bloating after meals, to diagnosed diseases such as diabetes, autoimmune disease and IBS.

Your health history is unique which is why you need a personalised approach to understand what is important for you to focus on in order to be as healthy as possible. Diet, gut microbiome, genetic factors, and lifestyle choices all affect people differently, which is why I offer an approach that is as unique as you are to address your symptoms and health concerns. In addition to diet and lifestyle, I take into consideration psychological, biological and genetic factors to address the root cause of any imbalance, dysfunction or inability to heal.

I know just how frustrating it is when your health is the only thing holding you back. Are you ready to get your health back on track?

Hello, my name is Kim.

Kim Haslam BA (Hons), DipION, mBANT, CHNC, mRSM, mIFM

Functional Medicine Practitioner & Registered Nutritional Therapist

After years of dealing with niggling symptoms, my health took a total nosedive. I went from being a professional singer, running marathons and ‘doing it all’ to barely being able to get out of bed. The tools of Functional Medicine offered me a solution, and I was able not only to recover, but to feel even better than I did in my 20’s. I re-trained as a Nutritional Therapist so I could help people others reclaim their health and feel fantastic again. Learn more about my journey here.
